目的探讨人性化管理理念对急诊护理人员心理状况的影响.方法选取2010年12月-2011年11月本院的32名急诊科护理人员为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组16名和观察组16名,将两组人员管理前及管理后3个月的 SAS 评分、SDS 评分及 SCL-90中的焦虑、抑郁、人际关系、躯体化四项评分进行比较.结果管理后观察组的 SAS 评分、SDS 评分50分以下比例高于对照组,SCL-90中的焦虑、抑郁、人际关系、躯体化四项评分低于对照组,P <0.05,有显著性差异.结论人性化管理理念可显著改善急诊护理人员的心理状况,对于疏导护理人员的不良情绪有积极的作用.“,”Objective: To explore the effect for humanized management philosophy in the psychological conditions for the emergency room nurses. Methods: 32 nurses in the department of emergency from December 2010 to November 2011 were chosen as the research object. They were randomly divided into the control group of 16 cases and observation group of 16 cases. The SAS score, SDS scores and SCL-90 anxiety, depression, interpersonal, somatization four index scores 3 months before and after management were compared. Results:The SAS score in the observation group after management, SDS score ratio of less than 50 points were higher than that in the control group. The anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, somatization four scores in the SCL-90 were lower than the control group (P <0.05), and there were significantly differences. Conclusion: The humane management philosophy can significantly improve the psychological status of the emergency room nurses, and it has a positive effect in diverting the bad mood.
