自《消费者权益保护法》颁布实施以来,“消费者”作为一个法律概念已经逐步纳入公众视野,其在经济市场的法律地位、基本权利和权益保障也成为了热点课题。本文将以消费者的法理解释为切入点,简要说明消费者的基本权利,概要索引《产品质量法》和《部分产品修理退换责任规定》的条文规定,结合个体代表案例来阐明我国消费者权益保护的现实状况和发展方向,并联系我国商品交易中的新方式来探讨消费者权益保护的新重点。
Since the promulgation and implementation of the Law on Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers, “consumer” as a legal concept has been gradually incorporated into the public view. Its legal status, basic rights and rights and interests protection in the economic market have also become hot issues. This article will take consumers’ explanation of jurisprudence as an entry point, briefly explain the basic rights of consumers, summarize the provisions of “Product Quality Law” and “Provisions on the Responsibility of Returning or Repairing Parts of Products” of Index, and clarify the rights and interests of consumers Protection of the reality and development direction, and contact the new way in China’s commodity trading to explore the new focus of consumer protection.
