自我国开始进行房屋货币化改革以来,居民自行购买住房的比例迅速提高,极大地刺激了房地产业的发展,房地产税收入逐年递增。以天津市河东区为例,2001年实现房地产税收入3596.97万元,2002年至2004年分别实现收入7493.35万元、10477.8万元、16455.08万元,分别占当年税收收入的8.89%、15.74%、17.72%、21.46%,成为地方收入的重要来源。
Since the beginning of our country’s housing monetization reform, the proportion of residents buying their own homes has rapidly risen, greatly stimulating the development of the real estate industry, and the real estate tax revenue has been increasing year by year. Taking Hedong District of Tianjin as an example, real estate tax revenue was 35.9679 million yuan in 2001 and 74.9335 million yuan, 104.778 million yuan and 164.5508 million yuan respectively from 2002 to 2004, accounting for 8.89% and 15.74% of the tax revenue of that year respectively. 17.72%, 21.46%, becoming an important source of local revenue.
