文化资本是影响个人行动能力以及生活质量的重要文化资源,用文化资本理论审视体育教师文化资本在学校体育教育中的作用有着重要的方法论意义。学校场域中的体育教师拥有丰富的文化资本对于优化体育教师群体,促进体育教师自我发展,完成学校体育教学任务,实现学校体育教学目标都会有其积极的现实意义。因此,构建体育教师的文化资本应该引起教育行政部门、各学校管理者和广大体育教师的足够重视。立足于布迪厄文化资本的解释力视角,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和归纳分析法等研究方法,揭示当下体育教师文化资本存量缺乏主要表现在文化能力欠缺、文化产品匮乏、文化程度偏低等方面,并在此基础上提出有效建构体育教师文化资本需要从提高身体化形态文化资本、客观形态文化资本和制度形态文化资本等方面入手。
Cultural capital is an important cultural resource that affects the ability of individuals to act and the quality of life. It is of great methodological significance to examine the role of PE teachers’ cultural capital in school physical education with the theory of cultural capital. Physical education teachers in the school field have abundant cultural capital, which has positive and practical significance for optimizing physical education teachers’ groups, promoting self-development of physical education teachers, fulfilling the task of physical education in schools and realizing the goal of physical education in schools. Therefore, the construction of PE teachers’ cultural capital should arouse enough attention of educational administration department, school administrators and the majority of PE teachers. Based on the explanatory power of Bourdieu ’s cultural capital, this paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire and inductive analysis to reveal the current shortage of PE teachers’ capital stock, which is mainly manifested in the lack of cultural competence, lack of cultural products, Low and so on. On the basis of this, it is pointed out that the effective construction of physical education teacher’s cultural capital needs to start from the aspects of improving physical form cultural capital, objective form cultural capital and institutional form cultural capital.
