我院于1982年9～11月份用硅胶棒摘除白内障15例18只眼,该术操作方便,疗效确切,现报道如下。一、临床资料年龄最大的77岁,最小的42岁,平均年龄59岁。男性9例11只眼,女性6例7只眼。右眼13只,左眼5只。其中1例1只眼为糖尿病性白内障,其余均为老年性白内障。晶状体成熟期11例13只眼,过熟期3例4只眼,近成熟期1例1只眼。以上手术均为住院治疗,住院时间长的18天,短的9天。
