本文用光塑性模拟测试技术,求得剪切旋压三维应变场,分析了应变场沿工件壁厚和沿母线的分布情况,比较了不同旋轮条件下应变场的变化。尝试用x射线衍射测试技术研究剪切旋压切向变形情况,得到切向变形沿工件壁厚的分布规律,比较了不同工艺条件下切向变形的变化规律。
In this paper, three-dimensional shear strain field is obtained by using optical plastic simulation test technology. The distribution of strain field along the workpiece wall thickness and along the bus bar is analyzed. The variation of strain field under different roller conditions is compared. The X-ray diffraction test technique was used to study the tangential deformation of shear spinning. The distribution of tangential deformation along the workpiece wall thickness was obtained. The variation of tangential deformation under different technological conditions was compared.
