对遂川金柑果实的营养成分,包括糖、酸、果胶、氨基酸、维生素、蛋白质和人体必需的矿质元素(K,Ca,Na,Mg,Mn,Cu,Zn)进行了测定分析,结果表明遂川金柑果实中糖类、蛋白质、β-胡萝卜素、K、Ca、Fe等营养物质含量丰富,且有较高的营养价值,值得进一步研究与开发。
