武进钢厂推行“日成本控制法”以来,使企业内部原材料的无偿领用变成了有偿“买卖”;“从过去的白领、白扔无人心疼转变为现在的过磅、算帐个个关心”所取代,形成了一个全员关心生产成本的良好小环境。推行“日成本控制法”一年多来,据热电分厂、炼钢、开坯,线材等5个主要分厂、车间统计,从1990年3月至1991年4月,降低成本总额达934.68万元。在今年5月30日召开的全省企业升级工作会议上,季允石副省长高度评价了这一成果。他说:“‘日成本控制法’,很有特色,很有成效,希望各市、各部门结合本地区、本部门、本企业的实际,积极引用、推广”。该成果还被评为1990年度省企业管理现代化优秀成果一等奖。该成果相继在中央人民广播电台、经济日报、冶金报、企业家报、解放日报、组织人事
