大肠癌是一种常见的消比道恶性肿瘤，特别是青年人大肠癌恶性程度高．易转移．常因各种原因而误诊。王来根等报导998例青年入大肠癌中，误诊率为85．7％[1]。我院1972年7月～1995年4月间收治的61例青少年大肠癌中，有引例误诊．误诊率为83.6％。现就误诊、误治情况进行分析。1
Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor, especially for young people. Easy to transfer. Often misdiagnosed for various reasons. Wang Laigen et al. reported 998 cases of young adults with colorectal cancer. The misdiagnosis rate was 85.7% [1]. Among the 61 cases of juvenile colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital between July 1972 and April 1995, there were cases where the cited cases were misdiagnosed. The misdiagnosis rate was 83.6%. Misdiagnosis and mistreatment are now analyzed. 1
