目的探讨结直肠癌术后患者早期肠内营养对降低远期并发症及提高免疫功能的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2016年4月在我院行结直肠癌术的患者90例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组采取常规营养支持,观察组采取早期肠内营养,比较两组患者的术后生化指标、基本情况、免疫功能及并发症等。结果术后第3天、7天观察组血红蛋白、前白蛋白均高于对照组,术后7天血清白蛋白、免疫指标及体重指数高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肛门排气时间、住院时间、并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌术后患者早期应用肠内营养可以有效提高患者免疫功能,并降低患者远期并发症发生率,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition on postoperative complications and immune function in patients with colorectal cancer after operation. Methods 90 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases). The control group received routine nutritional support, and the observation group adopted early enteral nutrition. The biochemical indexes, basic conditions, immune function and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The levels of hemoglobin and prealbumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group on the 3rd and 7th day after operation. Serum albumin, immune index and body mass index were higher on the 7th postoperative day than those of the control group (P <0.05) Time, hospital stay, complications were lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The early application of enteral nutrition in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer can effectively improve the immune function and reduce the incidence of long-term complications in patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
