为了探讨工频电磁场对人体T淋巴细胞酸性非组蛋白 (Ag NORs)表达活性的影响及观察电磁场屏蔽效应 ,建立了电磁场辐射及电磁场屏蔽装置 ,取健康人淋巴细胞分别暴露于电磁场、无人工磁场及电磁场屏蔽装置上培养、观察 ,采用KL型免疫图像分析系统检测T淋巴细胞Ag NORs核仁 /核面积之比(I/S)。结果表明 ,实验组在磁场作用下T淋巴细胞Ag NORs I/S的 x为 (7 10± 0 78) % ,明显低于无人工磁场组 (8 0 1± 0 48) %与磁场屏蔽组 (7 96± 0 47) % ,均为P <0 0 1。磁场暴露组I/S下调率 70 % ,无人工磁场组与电磁场屏蔽组I/S值基本一致。提示工频磁场的辐射作用能降低人体T淋巴细胞Ag NORs转录活性 ,表明其免疫细胞功能受到明显抑制 ,而屏蔽可以完全阻断工频磁场的这种生物学效应
In order to investigate the effect of commercial electromagnetic fields on the expression of Ag NORs in human T lymphocytes and to observe the shielding effects of electromagnetic fields, electromagnetic radiation and electromagnetic shielding devices were set up.
