四川榨菜驰名中外,无论鲜食、醃食,风味甚佳,为广大群众所喜爱;但产区不广,仅在四川涪陵、长寿及酆都一带有较大量的栽培。一般人认为榨菜要求外界环境条件比较严格,受区域性的限制很大,但近来浙江黄岩及金华一带均已栽培成功。我所自1953年即开始向龙华农场及四川涪陵引进两个榨菜品种试种,经分期播种试验,证明榨菜在武汉地区从8月底到9月初播种,冰冻前收获最好。1958年又由四川省农科所引来草腰子、露洒壶、三转子及三层楼四个品种作栽培试验,在过去的栽培基
Sichuan mustard famous at home and abroad, regardless of fresh, pickled, flavor is very good, loved by the majority of the masses; but the producing areas is not wide, only in Sichuan Fuling, longevity and Qiongdu a larger amount of cultivation. Most people think mustard requirements of the external environmental conditions are more stringent, subject to regional restrictions, but recently Zhejiang Huangyan and Jinhua area have been cultivated. Since 1953, I started to introduce two kinds of mustard varieties to Longhua Farm and Fuling in Sichuan Province. After several seeding trials, it was proved that mustard was sown in the Wuhan area from the end of August to the beginning of September. The best harvest was obtained before freezing.
