目的:探讨六西格玛管理法在妇产科病房优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法:将浙江省玉环县人民医院内60例妇产科患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施六西格玛管理法,比较两组的护理质量、住院天数和护理服务满意度。结果:观察组医嘱处理时间(134.65±11.25)分钟,快于对照组(238.45±13.34)分钟;病历书写时间(64.78±6.38)分钟,短于对照组(119.44±8.36)分钟;观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者住院天数比较,差异较小,无统计学意义。结论:妇产科病房的优质护理中应用六西格玛管理法,能够优化护理人员的工作时间,增加床位利用率,有效提高服务质量和患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective: To explore the application effect of Six Sigma in quality nursing service in obstetrics and gynecology department. Methods: 60 cases of obstetrics and gynecology in Yuhuan County People’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care. The observation group was administered Six Sigma on the basis of routine nursing care. The quality of care, hospitalization days and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The treatment time in the observation group was 134.65 ± 11.25 minutes, faster than that in the control group (238.45 ± 13.34) minutes. The writing time of the medical records was 64.78 ± 6.38 minutes, shorter than that of the control group (119.44 ± 8.36) Satisfaction than the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in days of hospitalization, there was no statistical significance. Conclusion: Applying the Six Sigma method to quality nursing in obstetrics and gynecology wards, it can optimize the working hours of nurses, increase the utilization rate of beds, effectively improve service quality and patient satisfaction with nursing services.
