我校文書、档案工作是由办公室一文書工作人員兼管的。分为收、發保管三項具体工作。首先談談收、發情况,我校和女一中、二十七中、二十八中是一个交换小組,六中是交換站。四校每天要發的文件,在上午九时半前送到六中傳达室,四校的通訊員輪流值班,每天由一校的通訊員把四校的文件送往教育局,在教育局进行交換。有六中、女一中、二十七中、二十八中的文件,由六中站的通訊員签收帶回,再分送各校傳达室。本校傳达室的同志收文后,按来文号登入傳达室收文簿,交办公室文書工作人員签牧。文書人員把每件来文都附上一張到文面(即处理單——編者註),到文面上设来文机关、文別、收到日期、收文編号、事由等
