通过小试试验,研究了“微电解+A/O”工艺处理苯甲酸生产废水的可行性,并对其工艺参数进行了较为系统的研究。试验结果证明,该工艺可有效处理苯甲酸生产废水。其最佳的工艺参数为:微电解反应最佳铁碳质量投加比为2∶1,反应时间宜为3 h,COD去除率约为33%;厌氧处理的最佳容积负荷3.0 kg/(m~3·d),好氧处理的最佳容积负荷为1.2 kg/(m~3·d),A/O工段COD去除率为95%以上。
Through the pilot test, the feasibility of processing the benzoic acid wastewater by the microelectrolysis + A / O process was studied, and its process parameters were systematically studied. The test results show that the process can effectively deal with benzoic acid production wastewater. The optimum technological parameters are as follows: the best iron-carbon mass ratio is 2:1, the reaction time is 3 h, the removal rate of COD is about 33%; the best volume load of anaerobic treatment is 3.0 kg / (m ~ 3 · d). The optimal volumetric load for aerobic treatment was 1.2 kg / (m ~ 3 · d), and the COD removal efficiency of A / O section was above 95%.
