偏振带通滤波器在光通讯波分复用技术中有着特殊的应用 .利用薄膜一维光子晶体超晶格概念 ,提出了两种新的偏振带通滤波器的设计方法 .第一种是基于两个一维光子晶体叠加的偏振带通滤波器 ;第二种是在第一个光子晶体的中间插进第二个光子晶体 ,形成三个一维光子晶体叠加的偏振带通滤波器 .设计了性能优良的p偏振分量透射而s偏振分量反射的新型带通滤波器 .讨论了这种滤波器的通带特性和截止宽度 .
Polarization band-pass filters have special applications in optical wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) technology. Two novel design methods of polarization band-pass filters are proposed based on the concept of thin-film one-dimensional photonic crystal superlattices. The first is based on Two one-dimensional photonic crystals superimposed polarization bandpass filter; the second is in the middle of the first photonic crystal into a second photonic crystal, the formation of three one-dimensional photonic crystal superposition of the polarization bandpass filter. A new type of band-pass filter with excellent p-polarization transmission and s-polarization reflection is discussed.The passband characteristics and cut-off width of this filter are discussed.
