目的:建立健骨滴丸的成型工艺。方法:以滴丸的溶散时限、圆整度及丸重差异作为综合评定指标,研究冷却剂及其温度、基质、基质与药物的配比、滴制温度等因素对滴丸成型性的影响。结果:以二甲基硅油+液体石蜡(3∶1)作冷却剂,PEG4000-PEG6000(2∶3)为基质,药物-基质1∶2配比,滴制温度为80℃,冷却液温度15℃时,健骨滴丸成型质量最好。结论:该成型工艺稳定、可行。
Objective: To establish the forming process of Jiangu dripping pills. Methods: The dropping time, roundness and difference of pellet weight of dropping pills were taken as the comprehensive evaluation index to study the influence of coolant and its temperature, matrix, ratio of matrix and drug, dripping temperature and other factors on dripping pill formability . Results: The drug-matrix 1: 2 ratio was prepared with dimethicone + liquid paraffin (3:1) as coolants and PEG4000-PEG6000 ℃, Jiangu dropping pills forming the best quality. Conclusion: The molding process is stable and feasible.
