运用P-V技术研究铅笔柏(Sabina virginiana L.)、侧柏(Platycladus orientalis L.)幼树之间生理指标的差异,比较铅笔柏与侧柏的抗旱性强弱。结果表明铅笔柏的主要水分参数(P_0、P_W~P、ROWC、RWC、AWC、ROC)均明显低于侧柏;(RWD、V_P/V_0、∈)渗透调节能力和束缚水含量、最大体积弹性模量均高于侧柏。表现铅笔柏自身“遗传”特性对干旱环境具有较强的耐旱能力。
The P-V technique was used to study the differences of physiological indices between saplings of Sabina virginiana L. and Platycladus orientalis L. The relative drought resistance of Pencil cypresses and Platycladus orientalis were compared. The results showed that the main water parameters (P_0, P_W ~ P, ROWC, RWC, AWC, ROC) of Penaeus chinensis were significantly lower than those of Arborvitae. (RWD, V_P / V_0, ∈) osmotic adjustment capacity and bound water content, Modulus are higher than arborvitae. Performance Penicillium itself “genetic ” characteristics of the drought environment has a strong drought tolerance.
