目的:研究缝隙连接蛋白26(cx26)在出生后大鼠耳蜗不同发育阶段的分布。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测cx26在36只大鼠(1周龄组、3周龄组和9周龄组各12只)耳蜗的表达。结果:cx26在3组均有较强的表达,阳性表达主要分布于耳蜗外侧壁血管纹和螺旋韧带,Corti氏器中的支持细胞间以及毛细胞和支持细胞间,螺旋缘以及螺旋神经节细胞。cx26在大鼠耳蜗外侧壁、Corti氏器与螺旋神经节的阳性细胞平均积分光密度3组间两两比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论:大鼠耳蜗发育过程中cx26的表达趋于稳定,没有随着听力的发展而变化。
AIM: To investigate the distribution of connexin 26 (cx26) in different developmental stages of cochlea in postnatal rats. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of cx26 in cochlea of 36 rats (12 weeks old, 3 weeks old and 9 weeks old). Results: The expression of cx26 was stronger in all three groups. The positive expression of cx26 was mainly located in the vascular wall and spiral ligament in the lateral wall of the cochlea, between the supporting cells in Corti and between the hair cells and the supporting cells, spiral edges and spiral ganglion cells . There was no significant difference in the average integral optical density of cx26 in the outer wall of rat cochlea, Corti and spiral ganglion cells between the three groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of cx26 in rat cochlea tends to be stable and does not change with the development of hearing.
