选用日本白兔60只,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组20只。A组为单纯变态反应疾病组,B组为变态反应疾病激素治疗组,C组为正常对照组。A、B两组经耳静脉注射马血清,每次10mg/kg,共两次,间隔3周。B组2周后注射强的松龙45mg/kg,连续3天。C组注射等量生理盐水。观察项目有病理组织学、透射和扫描电镜、血管造影以及免疫组织化学等。结果显示单纯变态反应性疾病即可导致骨坏死发生。应用该激素后抑制了机体的免疫机能,致使免疫复合物沉积在股骨头骨髓内、骨小梁和小血管壁基底膜上,引起微循环结构受损,干扰骨细胞代谢,增加骨坏死发生率。
Sixty Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into A, B and C groups of 20 rats. Group A was a simple allergic disease group, group B was hormone therapy for allergic diseases, and group C was a normal control group.
