进入后金融危机时代,我国柑橘产业发展面临着国内供求失衡和国际贸易疲软的严峻形势,柑橘消费受到了新的挑战。本文综述了我国柑橘消费行为的特点及其基本类型,以武汉市城乡居民消费为例,实证分析了柑橘消费行为的主要影响因素,并针对性提出了调整优化柑橘产品结构、推行柑橘标准化品牌化生产、重构柑橘行业渠道模式、创新柑橘营销策略等对策建议。
After entering the post-financial crisis era, the development of China’s citrus industry is facing the grim situation of imbalance between supply and demand and the weakness of international trade. Citrus consumption has been challenged by the new situation. This paper summarizes the characteristics and basic types of citrus consumption in China. Taking urban and rural residents in Wuhan as an example, this paper empirically analyzes the main influencing factors of citrus consumption and puts forward some suggestions to adjust and optimize the structure of citrus products and promote the standardization of citrus Production, reconstruction of citrus industry channel mode, innovative citrus marketing strategy and other countermeasures and suggestions.
