近10余年来,随着全球海参自然资源日趋枯竭与国内海参消费持续增长,我国刺参养殖呈现迅猛发展态势。尤其在烟台、威海、大连、青岛等地,刺参现已成为举足轻重的水产养殖品种,并持续引起业内外各界业主广泛关注。本文依据笔者在大连、长岛、长海、威海、瓦房店等地近20年刺参养殖生产实践经验与技术开发成果,借鉴日本学者近40年刺参增殖与养殖理论研究和技术开发成果,针对国内刺参养殖生产实际情况,对我国刺参养殖生产方式及发展方向予以了简要介绍和初步探讨,以供我国现已从事刺参养殖的广大业主和欲意投资刺参养殖的业外各界业主参考。
In the recent 10 years, with the depletion of natural resources of sea cucumber in the world and the continuous growth of domestic sea cucumber consumption, the growth of China’s sea cucumber breeding has shown a rapid development trend. Especially in Yantai, Weihai, Dalian, Qingdao and other places, sea cucumber has become a pivotal aquaculture species, and continue to attract widespread industry and industry owners from all walks of life. Based on the past 20 years of practical experience and technical development achievements of sea cucumber breeding in Dalian, Long Island, Changhai, Weihai and Wafangdian, this paper draws on the theoretical and technological achievements of the research on proliferation and breeding of sea cucumber in the past 40 years by Japanese scholars. The actual situation of the domestic production of sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus breeding production methods and the development of a brief introduction and preliminary discussion for our country is now engaged in the majority of sea cucumber aquaculture owners and investors willing to invest in various industries outside the industry reference.
