目的 探讨nm2 3 h1与胃癌之间的关系。方法 对 5 8例外科切除胃癌标本的肿瘤原发灶和淋巴结转移灶进行nm2 3 h1/NDPK A免疫组化染色 ,并用计算机图象分析仪测定其着色的灰度。结果 T1N1 2 M0 组肿瘤原发灶与T1N0 M0 组肿瘤灶之间存在显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,T1N1 2 M0 组淋巴结转移灶较T1N0 M0 组肿瘤灶下调非常显著 (P <0 0 1)。T1N0 M0 组与T2 3 N0 M0 组肿瘤灶的nm2 3 h1/NDPK A蛋白表达水平之间无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 nm2 3 h1/NDPK A蛋白表达水平与胃癌淋巴结转移程度呈负相关 ,与胃癌浸润深度无关
Objective To investigate the relationship between nm23 h1 and gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical staining of nm23 h1 / NDPK A was performed on the primary tumors and lymph node metastases in 58 cases of resected gastric cancer specimens. The gray level of the staining was measured by computer image analyzer. Results There was a significant difference between T1N1 2 M0 tumor group and T1N0 M0 tumor group (P <0.05), but there was significant difference between T1N1 2 M0 group and T1N0 M0 group (P <0.01) ). There was no significant difference in the expression of nm23 h1 / NDPK A protein between T1N0 M0 group and T2 3 N0 M0 group (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of nm23 h1 / NDPK A protein is negatively correlated with the degree of lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer, but not with the depth of invasion of gastric cancer
