目的:了解新装修餐厅空气质量现状,为制定餐厅空气质量防控政策提供科学依据。方法:采用分层抽样方法,抽取深圳市光明新区新装修大中小型餐厅共37家,设置监测点168个,采用现场监测仪器对CO、CO2、甲醛、TVOC、IP、噪声、照度7项指标进行检测。结果:①甲醛最大值为0.306 mg/m3,超出国家标准1.55倍,TVOC最大值2.341 mg/m3,超标2.90倍,IP最大值0.476 mg/m3,超标2.17倍,②项次总合格率仅81.46%,7项指标中以噪声和IP合格率较低,分别为40.5%和48.8%,③大中小3类餐厅在CO2、甲醛、TVOC三项指标合格率方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),小型餐厅合格率相对较高。结论:所调查餐厅空气污染情况较为严重,应引起高度重视并迅速采取有效控制措施。
Objective: To understand the status quo of air quality in newly renovated restaurant and provide scientific basis for formulating restaurant air quality prevention and control policy. Methods: Using stratified sampling method, 37 large, medium and small restaurants were newly renovated in Guangming New District of Shenzhen City. 168 monitoring stations were set up. Seven indicators of CO, CO2, formaldehyde, TVOC, IP, noise and illumination Test. Results: ① The maximum formaldehyde value was 0.306 mg / m3, exceeding the national standard by 1.55 times and the TVOC maximum value was 2.341 mg / m3, exceeding the standard by 2.90 times and the maximum IP value by 0.476 mg / m3, exceeding the standard by 2.17 times. ② The total qualified rate of the items was only 81.46 %, And the noise and IP passing rate were lower in the seven indicators, which were 40.5% and 48.8% respectively. There were significant differences in the passing rates of three indicators (CO2, formaldehyde and TVOC) ), Small restaurants pass rate is relatively high. Conclusion: The air pollution in the restaurants surveyed is more serious and should be given high priority and effective control measures should be taken promptly.
