本文用反相高效液相色谱法，采用ＯＤＳ色谱柱，以甲醇∶水（７０∶３０）作为流动相，在２５４纳米下检测吡虫啉有效成分含量。
In this paper, the content of active ingredients of imidacloprid was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with ODS column and methanol: water (70:30) as mobile phase at 254 nm.
