为最大程度减少煤矿生产现场不安全操作,实现煤矿的本质安全,通过ABC分析法编制ABC问卷对山西同煤集团永财坡矿运输机司机收集作业信息,分析不安全行为后设计行为安全管理(BBS)方案,用灰色关联法及MATLAB软件确定关键行为,进行行为安全管理,对安全行为指数的周平均值和首末期值进行分析。研究结果表明,运输机司机的安全水平指数从32%上升到65%,其中重点干预的4项行为上升幅度分别为46.9%、41.7%、39.5%、58.2%,证明了BBS在带式运输机司机安全行为管理改善中的有效性。
In order to minimize the unsafe operation in the coal mine production site and realize the intrinsic safety of coal mines, the ABC questionnaire was compiled by ABC analysis to collect the operation information from the driver of Yongcaipo mine transport operator of Shanxi Tongmei Group, and to analyze the design behavior safety management after unsafe behaviors (BBS ) Program, using gray correlation method and MATLAB software to determine the key behavior, behavioral safety management, the safety behavior index of the average and the first and last period of the average value of the analysis.
