用小鼠跳台法,分别以樟柳碱、氯霉素及乙醇造成记忆障碍,吡拉西坦(脑复康)100mg/(kg.d)腹腔注射,共5天、仅对樟柳碱所造成的记忆障碍有明显改善。而硫酸锌5mg/(Kg.d)灌胃、共5天,对不缺锌小鼠的3种记忆缺损均无改善作用。当Zn~(2+)与吡拉西坦合用,不论在那种实验均显著加强记忆损害,此结果在正常小鼠Y电迷宫法也予证实。文献报道Zn~(2+)能抑制吡拉西坦与谷氨酸受体结合,因此临床用药应予注意。
