Martin Sorrell is a creator, not a successor. Sorrell’s career started with the Glendignin Associates. In 1975, he joined the company of “Saatchi & Associates”, where he became the company’s chief financial officer. Given the importance of his work and his ability to influence the acquisition decision of the Sachs, the media has dubbed it the “third brother” of Saatchi. During 1977-1984, Sorrell designed and implemented a large number of acquisitions and in doing so, Sorrell made good use of the performance to gamble method to maximize the company’s interests. These acquired companies were subsequently integrated into the system of “Saatchi & Co.” listed companies, and they were determined to become leaders in the global industry.
