分析了制动过程中密封皮碗形变状态对制动器性能的影响。结合制动过程中活塞的受力情况对密封皮碗进行了分析。运用MSC.EASY5液压仿真软件对制动系统进行了虚拟建模,实现制动过程的虚拟仿真,从活塞位移的角度分析了不同刚度密封皮碗对制动器性能的影响,为企业后期在设计制动钳时密封皮碗选材时提供参考性意见。
The influence of deformation state of seal cup on the performance of brake was analyzed. The sealing cup was analyzed based on the stress of the piston during braking. The simulation system of braking system is simulated by using MSC.EASY5 hydraulic simulation software to realize the virtual simulation of braking process. The influence of different stiffness sealing cup on the performance of brake is analyzed from the perspective of piston displacement. Clamp sealing bowl material available for reference.
