根据1999~2000年对我省四艘灯光围网试验船进行光源配置方式的重大改革,即改革传统的灯艇水下光源配置方式,将主光源直接配置在母船驾驶台左右舷上。结果表明新的光源配置方式可有效地解决原作业方式光源强度严重不足这一瓶颈,光源强度比原作业方式提高11.7~15.2倍,从而大幅度地扩大诱集水域;经试验船711网次和对比船839网次的试捕生产,试验船平均网次产量比对比船提高73.6%;技改后劳动力配置由原来每艘43~45人减少至18~23人,平均每艘船每年可降低生产成本18.4万元。实践证明,光源配置方式的改革可有效地提高灯围产量、降低生产成本、减轻劳动强度、增加渔民收入。
According to the major reform of the light source configuration of four light seine test boats in our province from 1999 to 2000, that is, to reform the traditional light source underwater light source configuration, the main light source is directly arranged on the starboard sides of the mother ship bridge. The results show that the new light source configuration can effectively solve the bottleneck of the original operation mode light source intensity seriously, and the intensity of the light source is increased by 11.7 ~ 15.2 times than the original operation mode, so as to greatly expand the trapped waters; Compared with the control trial production of 839 nets, the average net production of test boats increased by 73.6% over that of the comparative ship; after the technical reform, the workforce allocation was reduced from 43 to 45 persons per ship to 18 to 23 persons, Production cost of 184,000 yuan. Practice has proved that the light source configuration of the reform can effectively improve the lamp output, reduce production costs, reduce labor intensity and increase fishermen’s income.
