幼儿园班主任是一个班级的组织者,是孩子们学习生活的领导者。一个班级的发展,在很大程度上和班主任工作是密不可分的。笔者基于多年教学实践经验,结合教学实际案例,从下述四个方面阐述如何做好幼儿园班主任工作:第一,班级内三位教师密切配合,共同促进幼儿健康和谐发展;第二,热情接待每一位幼儿,使幼儿园成为孩子今天来了,明天还想来的地方;第三,真心对待每位家长,做好家园共育;第四,勤于钻研业务,扎实做好班主任工作。 Kindergarten class teacher is a class organizer, is the leader of children’s learning life.
