借助差式扫描量热计、偏光显微镜研究了己二酸在聚丙烯(PP)熔体结晶过程中的成核作用,结果表明,己二酸是PP的有效成核剂,加入质量百分比为0.1%~1.0%的己二酸,能使PP的结晶峰温度和结晶起始温度有所提高,能使PP的球晶大大细化。进一步研究发现,己二酸用量对PP结晶度、拉伸强度影响不大,对熔体流动速率有一定的影响,能使PP的抗冲击强度有较大幅度的提高;在己二酸的质量百分比为0.5%时,PP的抗冲击强度出现最大值,为纯PP的3倍以上。
The nucleation of adipic acid in the melt crystallization of polypropylene (PP) was studied by means of a differential scanning calorimeter and a polarizing microscope. The results showed that adipic acid was an effective nucleating agent for PP, and the mass percentage was 0 .1% ~ 1.0% of adipic acid, PP can make the crystallization peak temperature and the crystallization temperature is increased, can make PP spherulites greatly refined. Further study found that the amount of adipic acid on the crystallinity of PP, tensile strength little effect on the melt flow rate has a certain impact, can make the impact strength of PP more substantial increase in the quality of adipic acid When the percentage is 0.5%, the maximum impact strength of PP appears, which is more than 3 times that of pure PP.
