Carbonyl compounds have good reactivity, often used as synthetic raw materials or key intermediates. For a long time, studying different preparation methods of carbonyl compounds has been an important topic in organic chemistry. It is well-known that Friedel-Crafts reaction is an important method to introduce carbonyl directly into the aromatic ring. As the aromatic ring rich, it is required power acylating agent, that is electrophilic reaction. From this it can be speculated that if an acyl group is to be introduced onto a lacking substrate, a nucleophilic acylating reagent is needed. Due to the lack of stabilizing factors, acyl anions can only exist as a conceptual molecular fragment. The nucleophilic acylation reaction is actually achieved by the equivalent group of acyl anion. This equivalence base has dual nature, one can attack
