通过研究蛋白与蛋白相互作用,从而更好地对蛋白功能进行注释,甚至应用于药物开发,是蛋白组学的主要任务之一。人类基因组的大规模测序和其他各种高通量的生物技术的采用为蛋白质调控网络的研究创造了条件。本文回顾了近年来生物信息学在蛋白与蛋白相互作用方面取得的最新研究成果,对各种计算方法进行了比较,并对该领域今后的发展方向做了预测。
It is one of the main tasks of proteomics by studying protein-protein interactions to better annotate protein functions and even to drug discovery. Large-scale sequencing of the human genome and the use of various other high-throughput biotechnologies have created the basis for the study of protein regulation networks. In this paper, we reviewed the latest research results of bioinformatics in protein-protein interaction in recent years, compared various calculation methods, and predicted the future development of this field.
