玉林市福绵管理区年产服装1．2亿件(套),2003年眼装总产值12．75亿元,占福绵区工业总产值的76％,销售收入14．5亿元,工业增加值2．55亿元,创利润5752万元。至2003年底,福绵管理区有服装企业530多家,其中年销售额1000万元以上的企业16家,占全部企业的3％；年销售额500～1000万元的企业136家,占26％；年销售额500万元以下的企业378家,占71％。从所有制性质来看,全部为个体私营企业。产品畅销全国各地,出口东南亚、非洲及中东等30多个国家和地区。
