为改善黄河下游地区水质口感“苦、涩”等情况,耿井水厂于2011年启动水质达标改造工程,在常规处理工艺的基础上增加了臭氧/活性炭过滤深度处理工艺,使得出厂水水质在原有达标的基础上得到了进一步提高。但自2014年下半年开始,活性炭滤池对COD_(Mn)的去除效果呈现下降趋势,影响了出厂水水质。针对这一问题,通过采取确定臭氧最佳投量、优化反冲洗方案、强化常规处理工艺等技术措施,将COD_(Mn)总去除率提高了20%左右,取得了较好的水质提升效果。
