以福鼎、巴南9号、川种三个中小叶种的鲜叶为原料,采用鲜叶采摘摊放杀青摊晾初揉烘二青摊晾复揉解块毛火摊晾足火的加工工艺流程加工成烘青绿茶;以混合样为对照,对各茶样密码审评和常规理化品质分析,结果表明三个品种的品质:巴南9号最优,福鼎次之,川种最末。
