在市委、市政府以及市卫生局的正确指导下,徐州市儿童医院领导班子带领全院职工,以科学发展观为统领,以“感动年”活动为抓手,以创建“三级甲等儿童专科医院”为契机,发扬艰苦奋斗的优秀传统,真抓实干,全面推进医院管理,坚决贯彻了“以低廉价格吸引人,以高超技术取信人,以温馨服务感动人”的办院思路,新门诊病房大楼启用以后,面对规模扩大,人力资源缺乏,各种新局面、新问题、新矛盾、新困难逐步显露的情况,医院广大干部职工充分发扬了勇于探索、善于攻关、无私奉献的优良品质,以最快的速度适应并实现了平稳过渡。
