桥式起重机(包括类似的龙门式起重机)是施工企业常用的大型起重设备。由于它主要承担起吊、搬运重型物件等任务,某些起重机还主要在露天环境里工作,所以从电气角度来说它通常处于较恶劣的工作条件下。由此而引起的电气故障也较多,最常见的故障是主控回路的跳闸或不能正常吸台。主接触器的控制电路如图1所示。从电原理图上可十分明显地看出,这种串接式线路的控制接点虽然很多,但其控制原理却富有逻辑性。利用这一特点,在故障的检查中实施逻辑检测法,能为故障的分析和“确诊”带来很大方便。
