以果蝇为动物实验模型，进行果蝇生存实验观察。结果表明，六味地黄丸、金匮肾气丸原方、金匮肾气丸Ⅰ方（附桂∶三补＝１∶２）、金匮肾气丸Ⅱ方（附桂∶三补＝１∶１）均可延长果蝇寿命（Ｐ＜０．０５），且以金匮肾气丸Ⅰ方效果最好，雌雄分别较对照组延长达２３．９％及２３．３６％；另金匮肾气丸三个组与六味地黄丸组相比，金匮肾气丸Ⅰ方组有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），金匮肾气丸原方组无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。以上结果提示，金匮肾气丸原方中附桂比例应加大。
Drosophila was used as animal model to observe fruit fly survival. The results showed that Liu Wei Di Huang Wan, Jin Kui Shen Qi Wan Yuan Fang, Jin Kui Shen Qi Wan I Fang (Fugui: Sanbu 1:2), Jinkuishenqi Pill II Fang (Fugui: Sanbu=1: 1) Both of them can prolong the life span of Drosophila (P<0.05), and the effect of Jinkui Shenqi Pill is the best, the male and female are prolonged by 23.9% and 23.36% respectively compared to the control group; Compared with Liuwei Dihuang Pill group, there were significant differences between Qiqiwan three groups and Jinkuishenqi Pill I group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between Jinqi Shenqi Pill group and the original prescription group (P>0.05). The above results suggest that the proportion of Jinfu Shenqi Pill in the original formula should be increased.
