石墨/基体界面处的氢与中硅耐热球铁脆性

对铸态及电解充氢试样做对比试验后证实,中硅耐热球铁在铸造状态下能固溶一定数量的氢. 氢在石墨/基体界面处明显聚集,降低界面结合能,引发脆性裂纹.拉伸断口亦有明显的氢脆特征.以 上表明,使中硅耐热球铁致脆的裂纹源即石墨/基体界面 After comparing the as-cast and electrolyzed hydrogen-filled samples, it is confirmed that the heat-resistant ductile iron in the silicon can dissolve a certain amount of hydrogen in the cast state. Hydrogen at the graphite / matrix interface significantly gathered to reduce the interface bonding energy, causing brittle crack. Tensile fracture also has obvious hydrogen embrittlement.
