After comparing the as-cast and electrolyzed hydrogen-filled samples, it is confirmed that the heat-resistant ductile iron in the silicon can dissolve a certain amount of hydrogen in the cast state. Hydrogen at the graphite / matrix interface significantly gathered to reduce the interface bonding energy, causing brittle crack. Tensile fracture also has obvious hydrogen embrittlement. The above shows that the heat-resistant medium-sized ductile iron source that is brittle cracks graphite / matrix interface
