基于AR-2000型动态剪切流变仪进行沥青动态剪切试验,通过动态加载的方式获取沥青流变学指标,并根据流变学模型拟合计算沥青的零剪切粘度,以拟合的沥青零剪切粘度作为参考因素、沥青的高温性能指标作为比较因素,进行灰色关联分析。结果表明:对于某些基质沥青,即使试验温度较高,在低剪切频率下通过图形外推法获得零剪切粘度也并不适用;由Cross模型所拟合出的零剪切粘度值要大于Carreau模型拟合值;两种模型拟合出的零剪切粘度值与车辙因子及动力粘度呈现较好的关联性,可共同用于沥青高温性能的评价,且Carreau模型拟合值的灰色关联度更高。
Based on AR-2000 dynamic shear rheometer, dynamic asphalt shear test was carried out. The dynamic rheological parameters of asphalt were obtained by dynamic loading, and the zero shear viscosity of asphalt was calculated according to the rheological model fitting. The zero-shear viscosity of asphalt is taken as the reference factor, and the high temperature performance index of asphalt is taken as the comparative factor to carry on the gray correlation analysis. The results show that for some bitumen samples, the zero-shear viscosity at low shear frequency is not suitable for zero shear viscosity even at high test temperature. The zero shear viscosity value fitted by Cross model is Is greater than that of Carreau model. The values of zero-shear viscosity fit well with rutting factor and dynamic viscosity of the two models can be used together to evaluate the high temperature performance of asphalt, and the fitting value of Carreau model is gray Relevance is higher.
