目的探讨丁苯酞对老年急性脑梗死患者血清S-100B(蛋白S-100B)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及血管形成素-1(ANG-1)的影响,为临床提供参考.方法选取2017年3月至2019年5月在我院就诊的老年急性脑梗死患者82例进行研究.采用随机数表法,分为观察组和对照组,各41例.对照组患者实施常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上实施丁苯酞治疗.观察两组患者不同时段的神经功能缺损程度评分,记录两组患者的血清S-100B、Hcy及ANG-1水平变化.结果治疗前,两组患者神经功能缺损程度评分、血清S-100B、
