为使建筑节能设计满足标准要求,改善建筑的室内环境,降低建筑能耗,要进行建筑本体节能设计。在油田工业配套项目建筑节能设计中,现行国家标准、行业标准和地方标准在关于气候区划以及围护结构热工性能限值等方面出现冲突或歧义。通过比对及分析,在不降低建筑本体节能的前提下,明确实际工作中使用同一气候区划,并采用更加严格的标准限值。
In order to make the building energy-saving design meet the standard requirements, improve the indoor environment of the building and reduce the building energy consumption, energy-saving design of the building body should be carried out. Conflicts or ambiguities exist in the design of energy-saving buildings for industrial projects in the oilfield. The current national standards, industry standards and local standards have conflicting or ambiguous implications on the climatic zoning and the thermal performance limits of enclosures. Through the comparison and analysis, it is clear that the same climate zoning should be used in the actual work and the more stringent standard limits should be adopted without reducing the energy conservation of the building body.
