幂律型水泥浆液的流变参数时变性特征对注浆效果具有非常重要的影响。采用理论分析与实验研究等方法,研究时变性幂律型水泥浆液的流变方程与渗流运动方程,推导流变参数时变性幂律型水泥浆液的柱形渗透注浆扩散机制,分析其适用范围及参数的确定方法,探讨注浆管侧面注浆孔的设计依据。通过设计注浆实验对其进行验证,结果表明:实际测量计算的幂律型水泥浆液在被注砾(砂)石体中的等效横向扩散半径值与由流变参数时变性幂律型水泥浆液的柱形渗透注浆扩散机制公式计算出的扩散半径理论值间虽有20%~30%的差异,然都处于可接受的范围内,因此能较好地说明幂律型水泥浆液在被注材料中随时间变化的柱形渗透注浆特征与规律。该研究成果可为实际注浆施工提供理论支撑与指导作用。
The time-dependent rheological parameters of power-law cement slurry have a very important influence on the grouting effect. The rheological and seepage kinetic equations of time-varying power-law cement slurry were studied by means of theoretical analysis and experimental research. The column permeation grouting and diffusion mechanism of time-invariant power-law cement slurry was derived and its application scope was analyzed And parameters to determine the method of grouting pipe to explore the side of the hole design basis. The experimental results show that the equivalent transverse diffusion radius of the power-law-type cement slurry calculated by the actual measurement is close to that of the power-law cement with time-varying rheological parameters Although there is a difference of 20% ~ 30% between the theoretical values of the diffusion radius calculated by the formula of slurry penetration and grouting, which is within the acceptable range, the power law cement slurry can be well described in Columnar grouting characteristics and regularities in material changes over time. The research results can provide theoretical support and guidance for the actual grouting construction.
