近几年随着社会经济的发展。建筑施工技术和建筑科学研究得到了飞速的发展,在我国各大中城市,土地价格越来越高,为了增强土地的合理利用性,高层建筑发展已经成为城市建筑市场的主体。随着高层建筑的发展相应的建筑投入力度也随着加大。在实用性上对高层建筑的抗震性和建筑工期上要求越来越高。笔者从事建筑工程多年,以实际工作经验对高层建筑的质量控制谈谈个人的一些看法。
