瞵氧氮丙啶(MAPO)与偏二甲基肼(UDMH)是两种重要工业化学物质,前者为雄性昆虫不育剂,亦用于造纸和纺织助染等;后者可用作石油产品的改性剂等。作者曾研究表明,在鼠伤寒菌/微粒体系统(Ames试验)、大白鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变分析、人外周血淋巴细胞培养染色体畸变及姊妹染色单体交换(SGE)分析、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠显性致死试验中,MAPO均呈肯定的阳性结果,而UDMH则为阴性结果。为进一步了解上述化合物对生殖细胞的遗传学效
