简要分析了一种橡胶履带的结构,设计了一种将垂向碾压力与水平通载位移组合加载的双压滚磨耗试验方案,并与单压滚磨耗、啮合磨耗试验方案进行了分析比对,重点通过双压滚磨耗试验方案研究了不同垂向碾压力、不同水平通载速度对橡胶履带磨耗性能的影响。结果表明,试验设计与实际工况一致,双压滚磨耗试验更能准确反映出橡胶履带的磨耗性能,橡胶履带的磨损情况与碾压力和水平通载速度成正比,试验研究成果为橡胶履带的研发和试验起指导作用。
The structure of a rubber track is briefly analyzed. A double-pressure roller wear test scheme is proposed, which combines vertical roller compaction force and horizontal through-hole displacement.
