目的探讨螺旋CT多平面重建(MPR)和三维重建(3D)在肘关节骨折诊断中的价值。方法对24例肘关节损伤患者行多层螺旋CT扫描并进行多平面和三维重建。结果24例中检出22例42处骨折,4例关节脱位。轴位平扫CT(2D CT)发现29处骨折,MPR显示骨折39处,3D发现骨折35处。结论MPR在发现小的骨折方面及显示骨折内部情况较好,而3D能直观、立体、多角度地显示肘关节的损伤。MPR和3D在诊断肘关节骨折中有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the value of spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and three-dimensional reconstruction (3D) in the diagnosis of elbow fracture. Methods Twenty-four patients with elbow joint injury underwent multi-slice spiral CT and multiplanar and three-dimensional reconstruction. Results Of the 24 cases, 42 cases were detected in 22 cases and 4 cases were dislocated. Twenty-nine fractures were detected by plain CT scan (2D CT). There were 39 fractures in MPR and 35 fractures in 3D. Conclusions The MPR is good in detecting small fractures and showing the internal conditions of the fractures. However, 3D can show the elbow joints in an intuitive, three-dimensional and multi-angle manner. MPR and 3D in the diagnosis of elbow fractures have important value.
