目的调查光泽县并殖吸虫病病原。方法捕捉不同方位并殖吸虫第一、二中间宿主螺、蟹标本 ,检查螺蛳感染的并殖吸虫尾蚴和蟹的囊蚴。结果在 3个调查点中 ,53 2 0只放逸短沟蜷无阳性发现 ;83只福建华溪蟹和角肢南海溪蟹 ,检出阳性 3 6只 ,阳性率为 4 3 .3 7% ,发现囊蚴 99个 ,平均 2 .75个 /只 ,0 .3 4个 /g,虫种为三平正并殖吸虫和卫氏并殖吸虫。此外还发现有切头涡虫和蟹蛙蛭在蟹体的寄生。结论光泽县为并殖吸虫中度流行区
Objective To investigate the pathogen of Paragonimiasis in Guangze County. Methods To capture the first and second intermediate host snails and crab specimens of Paragonimus in different directions and to examine the metacercariae of cercariae and crabs of cercariae infected by snails. Results Of the 3 survey sites, 53 20 were found to be free from short groove curling without any positive findings. Of the 83 Fujian Huaxi crabs and the angle limbs Nanhai crab, 36 were positive, with a positive rate of 43.37% The results showed that 99 larvae were found, with an average of 2.75 per locus and 0.34 per locus. The species of Paragonimus were Paragonimus and Paragonimus westermani. In addition, there are also found parasitic worms and crab frog in the crab body parasitism. Conclusion Guangze County is a moderate epidemic area of Paragonimus
